synopsis
The 4th conference of the Austrian Association for Transpersonal Psychology and Psychotherapy (ÖATP) “From Heart to Heart – Love and Encounter in Psychotherapy and Spirituality” was held at the castle Puchberg in East Austria. The conference focused on the phenomena of contact, touch, love, desire, and sexuality in interpersonal relationships, based on a comprehensive perspective that includes the personal, transpersonal, and spiritual dimensions. The talks of the distinguished presenters are collected in this special book. Short interviews with the presenters revealed their self-work with the topic, in addition to the professional competence. A colorful edition, filled with wisdom and gathered with much love, tells intimate aspects about the lives of the presenters.
The book includes contributions from: Sylvester Walch, Johann Koller, Peter Riedl, Bonnie Greenwell, Gabrielle St. Clair, Leo Prothmann, Anna Maurer, Andy D. Chicken, Barbara Knittel, Georg Schmertzing und Konstatin Wecker.
The wonderful conference put into three sentences: “Through love humankind becomes alive. Through humankind love becomes alive. Without love neither humankind nor life exists.”
(Sylvester Walch)
